How to upload your music to Aurtiz

Prepare your audio and artwork, create an artist profile, and publish a track or release for listeners on Aurtiz. This guide follows the upload flow on the Aurtiz website.

Aurtiz product documentation · Help with these steps

1. Prepare your audio, artwork and rights

Start with the best original master you have. The web uploader accepts MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC and M4A files up to 500 MB each. WAV or FLAC avoids adding another layer of lossy compression. Renaming an MP3 to WAV does not recover the quality of the original recording.

Use square JPG or PNG artwork that you own or have permission to use. The current web form allows up to 5 MB for a standalone track and 10 MB for release artwork. Aurtiz recommends 4000 × 4000 pixels; this is a recommendation, so do not stretch or artificially enlarge a smaller image to reach it.

  • Have permission for the recording, composition, samples, beats and artwork you use.
  • Check that a purchased beat license permits your intended release and use.
  • Prepare the title, artist and contributor credits, genre, language and explicit-content information.

2. Set up your artist profile

Create an Aurtiz account and choose the artist setup. Add your artist name, profile image and the information requested during onboarding. A clear name and bio help listeners recognize the person behind a release.

An account can have an artist profile and a producer profile. Choose the artist workspace before uploading a song; its catalog and analytics belong to that profile. Your account subscription is shared across your creator profiles.

3. Choose a track or a release

Open Upload Music in your artist workspace. Use the standalone option for one track, or the release option to group music as a single, EP, album or compilation. Add the audio, artwork and track details. For a release, check the track order and release-level information too.

Wait for each file transfer to finish before submitting. The form shows progress and any file errors. If an upload fails, read the message and retry the affected file. Keep your original audio files until the upload and processing are complete.

  • Check names and credits for spelling.
  • Mark explicit content accurately.
  • Only supply identifiers such as ISRC or UPC when you have the correct ones.

4. Follow processing and publication

Uploading a file is not the same as publishing a playable track. Aurtiz prepares the audio and checks whether it can be published. Processing, rights checks or an account requiring manual review can delay publication. Read the status and any feedback in your music workspace before sharing the public link.

Scheduled releases require an eligible plan. Choose a future release time only after checking the scheduling options available to your account. This upload publishes on Aurtiz; it does not submit your music to Spotify, Apple Music or other streaming services.

5. Share your music and learn from listeners

Once the track or release is public and playable, share its public Aurtiz link and your artist profile. Use an accurate title and description that tell a new listener what they are about to hear.

Your artist dashboard reports listening activity. Discovery clip listening is reported separately from full-track streams, so use the appropriate measure when judging a promotion. Available analytics detail depends on your plan.

Public pages can appear in search engines, but publication does not guarantee search rankings, plays or income. Build on the listening activity you actually see and keep your profile and release information useful.
